    Structure:
    The seat consists of a high-performance anti-pressure explosion [AE0] elastomer seal ring and a sphere, which is installed in the metal base to form a sealing pair. After the seat gland is installed at the base head, the metal ring retainer is mounted for limit and fastening.

    Characteristic

    Metal plug-in unit isolates particulate matter and protects elastomeric sealing ring. The elastomer seal ring has a large compensation available for great sealing effect.

    Application

    This structure is recommended to be used in medium or low pressure and medium or small caliber natural-gas-containing medium with frequent opening and closing.The recommended dimensions ofTengbo are DN50-DN300,pressure grade PN16-PN63,Class150-Class400.
