The Tengbo valve seat features a unique pre-tightening and anti-detachment design within its groove, ensuring the insert is securely locked within the groove and prevented from being blown out. The elimination of internal and external rolling and pressure plate locking reduces processing steps and avoids damage to the plating, resulting in a valve seat that is not only stable in performance but also aesthetically pleasing. The spring is positioned behind the T-shaped head of the valve seat, effectively preventing the impact of dirt deposits in the medium on the spring. The effective thrust at the back of the valve seat can be controlled to be smaller, resulting in lighter valve opening and closing torque under full differential pressure conditions.

This design is recommended for medium-to-high pressure applications; the recommended specifications are DN50–DN600, with pressure ratings of PN63–PN420 and Class 400–Class 2500.
