    Structure: The seat is an improved type of TB-B1 valve seat. The seat consists of a high-performance anti-pressure explosion (AED) elastomer seal ring and a sphere in the metal base to form a sealing pair, which is then pressed into the engineering plastic plug-in, and a swallow tail groove is ready-made.
    Characteristic: Tengbo base groove has a unique pre-tightening and anti-stripping design, so that the plug-in is locked in the groove, not blown out. By eliminating internal and external rolling and plate locking, not only the processing technology is reduced, but also the damage of coating is avoided, so that the valve seat is not only stable but also beautiful in appearance. After the valve seat is set on the T-shaped head of the base, the influence of dirt deposition in the medium on the spring is effectively avoided. The effective thrust on the back of the seat can be controlled to a small extent, and the opening and closing torque of the valve is lighter under the condition of full differential pressure.
    Apply: This structure is recommended for medium and high pressure operation. The recommended dimensions of Tengbo are DN50-DN600, pressure grades PN63-PN420 and Class400-Class2500.
